Monroe Burglary Arrest

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Smithville man remains in jail, accused of breaking inside two buildings.

Joshua Alan Tomey, 35, is charged with two counts of burglary of a dwelling.

Monroe County Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says the investigation is on-going.

One burglary occurred on Fire Tower Road. The other was on Guy Farm Lane.

Tomey’s bond has not been set.
