MDOT Looks Into Claims Of Misuse Of State Truck

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi Department of Transportation officials are investigating claims of misuse of a state vehicle. The probe was launched when this picture and similar ones surfaced on social media Saturday. The picture, reportedly taken at a Pontotoc store, appears to show unidentified individuals loading coolers of beer in a MDOT Enforcement Officers truck. According to a statement on its Facebook page, MDOT confirms a report has been filed concerning the pictures and action will be taken against anyone found violating the policies on the use of state vehicles.
