MBI investigating officer involved shooting

CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- An investigation is underway after an officer involved shooting that happened Sunday.

There’s no word if anyone was injured in the incident.

Sources say that the incident started as a high speed chase in Webster County.

The source confirms that the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office and Calhoun City Police Department were both involved.

We’re told the MBI has taken over the investigation.
