Manuel Vasquez’s Family Sets Education Fund for Children

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (WCBI) – Their mother is in jail.  Their father presumed dead.  The three teenage children of Texas business man and New Hope resident Manuel Vasquez  have lost their immediate family.

Now, Vasquez’s San Antonio family have custody of his children.  This week the extended family set up two accounts for the children.
