Man Sentenced In Prentiss County For Fondling A Child

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Prentiss County jury found a man guilty Thursday of fondling a minor.

Ronald Benjamin Clements, 28, of New Albany is facing a 15-year sentence. Seven years are suspended. Eight are to be served day-for-day.

This is according to Sheriff Randy Tolar.

Prentiss County authorities arrested Clements in January of 2013 in Booneville. It was a weeks-long investigation. The incident allegedly occurred in 2012.
