Man pleads guilty to armed robbery in Oktibbeha County

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A plea deal will send an Oktibbeha County armed robber to prison for more than a decade.

Shonquell Fairley pleaded guilty to Armed Robbery.

He was sentenced to serve 12 years in prison and three years probation.

Fairley was originally indicted in 2015 for Armed Robbery, Kidnapping and extortion.

Prosecutors said the robbery happened in February 2015.

Fairley’s other charges were dismissed.
