Man Injured In Car Train Collision

HAMILTON, Ms (WCBI)  A New York man is being treated at a Columbus hospital after his car was struck by a train this afternoon in Monroe County.

The accident happened just after 12:30 at the rail crossing on Stovall Crossing road.  Monroe County EMA director Bunky Gosa says the injuries do not appear to be life threatening  WCBI will have more on this story tonight at 5 and 6.
