Man Handed Court Fake Insurance Card

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)-A Tupelo man faces more charges after allegedly presenting a counterfeit insurance card as proof of insurance to the Tupelo Municipal Court.

31 year-old Alfonzo Gray was reportedly in court for no proof of insurance during a traffic stop.

Gray then allegedly turned over a fake insurance card to the court as proof.

Court personnel recognized the card as a fake and Gray was taken into custody.

His bond is set at three thousand dollars.
