Man faces charges in Tupelo after house search turns up drugs

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A man in Tupelo was facing felony charges after a search of his home turned up drugs and thousands of dollars in cash.
28-year-old Jamiroquan Martin was charged with trafficking cocaine and marijuana.
The investigation began after Tupelo police received complaints about drug sales in a home on Grandview Drive.
When agents with North Mississippi Narcotics searched the house, they found around eleven pounds of Marijuana and two ounces of Cocaine. They also found $20,000 in cash, a 2018 Dodge Charger, and a gun.
Bond for Martin was set at $200,000.
