Man charged with armed robbery in Ackerman

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) – A Weir man was charged after a weekend hold-up in Ackerman.

Bernard Miller was charged with Armed Robbery.

Police Chief Timothy Cook said bond was set at $15,000.

Investigators said Miller was accused of robbing a person at Honey’s Laundromat on Saturday.

Surveillance footage also helped police identify a Miller by Sunday.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.
