Video: Man Accused of Child Pornography Found Not Guilty

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)-The Tupelo man that was indicted last February on child pornography charges has been found not guilty. Tuesday (10-30), a federal jury found 47 year-old Steven Metcalf not guilty. Metcalf was accused of using a 12 year old girl to make sexually explicit images for distribution and that he had child porn on his phone.  If convicted, he faced up to 40 years in prison and a $500,000 dollar fine. The girls mother was the one who discovered the images and reported Metcalf.
