NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- A Macon man pleads guilty to Aggravated Assault and 2012 drug charges but won’t face sentencing until later in October. Jimmy Dale Johnson pleads guilty to an Aggravated Assault charge in connection to a shooting outside the Hilltop Café in Macon two years ago. Johnson injured an innocent bystander in the shooting where he told police he was acting in self defense. Sentencing was delayed to give prosecutors time to prepare a pre-sentencing report. Meanwhile, charges have been dropped against Jermaine Walker, who was also arrested in connection with the shooting.
