LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A man is accused of threatening a family member and now he’s facing a serious charge.

Andrew Avery, 28, is charged with cyberstalking.

Lowndes County investigators say the Starkville man sent messages threatening harm and property damage.

Avery was released on a $5,000 bond.
