Lowndes County Road Work Means Closure

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Parts of one of the busiest roads in Columbus will be shut down for the next week.

Lowndes County work crews will be doing paving and overlaying work on portions of South Lehmberg Road starting Wednesday Morning. The road will be closed weekdays between Highway182 and Armstrong road from 8 until 3:30 PM . Workers hope to have the project finished by next Wednesday
