Lowndes County man faces multiple sex crime charges

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- Randy Lee Outlaw was indicted on two counts of Sexual Battery.

Prosecutors also claimed he falls under the habitual offender status.

In court documents, investigators believe there were two victims and the alleged incidents happened between 2012 and 2017.

The indictment claims that Outlaw did know both victims.

Outlaw has four previous convictions.

Three of them are drug charges and one for Grand Larceny.
