Lowndes Burglary Arrest

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County man caught in the act is now facing a serious charge.

Billy Shelley, 51, is charged with burglary.

Lowndes County investigators say Shelley was inside a Kidd Road home when the homeowner arrived.

Deputies found Shelley at his nearby home.

His bond was set at $2,500.
