Low numbers of COVID-19 cases reported over weekend

JACKSON,Miss.(WCBI)- The Mississippi State Department of Health reports 626 new cases of Covid-19 with 3 new deaths.

There are 172 new cases among long term care facilities within the state.

The total numbers of cases are 77,894 with 2,240 deaths.

It’s presumed that 56,577 Mississippians have recovered from the virus.
