Louisville shooting suspect’s charges to be upgraded after victim dies
LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Louisville shooting suspect will have his charges upgraded after a teenager died this week.
Diovion Crosby was arrested at about 6:30 a.m. on November 20 on Highway 14 East and charged with attempted murder.
Police Chief Holdiness told WCBI that law enforcement also found a gun when Crosby was arrested.
The investigation began Saturday night when a juvenile was shot at the intersection of Main and North Height.
The teen was later flown to a Jackson hospital but died Wednesday.
Crosby’s original attempted murder charge will be upgraded to murder.
