Video: Local Organization Donates To T.K. Martin Center

STARKIVLLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A resource center for children and adults with disabilities gets a big financial boost.

Junior Auxiliary of Starkville presented a $25,000 check to the T.K. Martin Center.

Located on the Mississippi State campus, the center provides educational, vocational, and leisure activities to help reduce limitations.

The center also serves the early intervention needs of children with developmental disabilities.

The staff relies on funding from several state agencies, so Wednesday’s donation from J-A will help them continue their work.
