Video: Library Host Teen Christmas Party in Columbus

Columbus, Miss. (WCBI) – With the holiday season in full swing, the Columbus Lowndes Public Library held their annual teen Christmas party.
The youngsters took a little time away from their Christmas shopping to enjoy the festivities. Games, crafts and holiday cheer filled the room. Christmas-themed food was provided like green and red cookies, and a teen favorite, pizza.
The holiday party also hosted the the Lowndes County Prevention Partnership and MDOT to introduce the teenagers to the dangers of drinking and driving. The event included virtual simulators and fatal vision glasses allowing participants to experience how dangerous drunk driving is.
