STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-  Mississppi State head football coach Mike Leach had been referring to the starting quarterback battle as a two-man race between Will Rogers and Chance Lovertich. That situation developed on Wednesday when Leach said if the season started today, the starter would be Will.
