Law enforcement searching for unregistered sex offender

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Golden Triangle law enforcement is looking for a Columbus man that is accused of exposing himself on the Mississippi State campus.

Marcus McLeod, 37, is also wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Lowndes County.

MSU Police Chief Vance Rice said McLeod exposed himself at a restaurant on campus. Officers ran after McLeod but he drove off, even down sidewalks before leaving campus.

McLeod is also wanted by the State Department of Corrections.

He’s about 5’9 and weighs 150 pounds.
