Lafayette baseball sweeps Pontotoc, advances to north half championship series

Lafayette baseball defeated Pontotoc 4-3 on Saturday to sweep the Warriors in the second-round 5A playoff series. The Commodores won game one 12-2 on Thursday.

Lafayette will face the winner of Corinth and New Hope in the north half championship series.
