Video: Jury Selection Begins In Lowndes Murder Trial

MARSHALL COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Jury selection begins today in Marshall County for a Lowndes County capital murder trial.

Joshua Taylor, 29, is one of five people charged in the May 2011 shooting death of William Stallings.

Investigators say the men forced their way inside a Harrison Road mobile home.

All of the suspects in the case are from Pickens County, Alabama.

The trial is expected to begin Wednesday in Lowndes County Circuit Court.

Jurors will be sequestered in Columbus.

Judge Jim Kitchens will preside over the case.
