Jackson baker gets creative with “pot-hole cupcakes”

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) – It’s no secret that potholes are prevalent in Jackson, Mississippi.

One local baker decided to have a little fun and make the most out of a problem that plagues drivers around the city.

Regina Wallace, pastry chef at Heavenly Sweetz Bakery, said “It just goes well with the construction that’s going on around Jackson. You really can’t get anywhere without hitting a pot hole.”

A newly opened coffee shop in Midtown called “Coffee Prose” has them featured in their display case for sale.
