Illegal pharmacy allegedly ran inside flower shop

NETTLETON, Miss. (WCBI) – Drug agents said a Nettleton man was peddling flowers and drugs.

John Hall, 76, was charged with the Felony Sale of a Prescription Opioid and Felony Possession with Intent to Sell of a Prescription Muscle Relaxer.

He also faces a misdemeanor Practicing Medicine without a License charge.

The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics said the retired pharmacist was running an illegal pharmacy inside his shop, The Flower Garden, on Young Avenue.

Hall could face more charges.

Multiple federal, state and local agencies assisted in the investigation.
