ICC Signs Tupelo Boys’ Soccer Trio
TUPELO, MS — FULTON, MS (WCBI/LetsGoICC.com) —Itawamba Community College soccer coach Mike Sullivan has announced Alx Little, Drew Williams and Jerry Malli of Tupelo High School have signed National Letters of Intent to join the Indians for the 2013 season.
“We are very excited about singing these players,” said Sullivan. “We feel like they all have the potential to make an immediate impact on the team and we look forward to adding them to our roster for the upcoming season.”
Little, a midfielder, has scored three goals and recorded seven assists along with 10 steals on the year.
“It feels great knowing that I’ll be an Indian next year,” commented Little. “I’m excited to play for Coach Sullivan and Coach [Cody] Carson.”
Williams, a defender/midfielder/forward, has scored a goal and recorded 15 steals this season.
“I’m very excited about the next two years of soccer,” Williams said. “I know they are going to be lots of fun and I’m looking forward to continuing my career with a program like ICC.”
Malli, a midfielder, has three steals for the 8-2 Golden Wave.
“I’m excited to be able to play for a program like ICC,” said Malli. “I hope to be able to help the team make it pretty far next year.”
