ICC Releases 2016 Football Schedule
FULTON, Miss. (WCBI/LetsGoICC.com) – Itawamba Community College has officially announced its 2016 football schedule, which includes games against three teams ranked in the top six of the Sporting News’ Top 25 preseason rankings.
ICC opens the 2016 season in Fulton on Thursday, Sept. 1 against the Bulldogs of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. The following week on Sept. 8, they travel to Raymond to face the Hinds Community College Eagles.
The Indians open division play in Senatobia when they take on the defending National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Champion Northwest Mississippi Community College on Sept. 15 and return home to host East Mississippi Community College on Sept. 22.
ICC will visit Pearl River Community College on Sept. 29 and Northeast Mississippi Community College on Oct. 6 before hosting the back-to-back home games of the season against Coahoma Community College on Oct. 13 and Mississippi Delta Community College for Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The Indians close out the regular season on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Holmes Community College.

Northwest draws the No. 3 ranking in the Sporting News’ preseason poll while East Mississippi comes in at No. 4 and Gulf Coast earns the No. 6 preseason ranking.
