Houston’s Smith Signs With ICC Hoops

HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) — Houston Hilltopper Jaylin Smith signed to join ICC basketball, Thursday.

The double-double machine averaged 19.2 points per game, 11.4 rebounds per game, and was named Division 4-3A Offensive Player of the Year, and First-team All-Division.
