Video: Hospital Hosts Summer Camp

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Students interested in a career in health care are going to camp at the hospital this week in Columbus.

Baptist Golden Triangle is hosting its Crash Course Camp.

The week-long camp gives high school students a look at nursing and other hospital-based professions.

Thursday, campers watched a mock trauma situation and how emergency personnel responded to it.

After the exercise, the campers toured a CareFlight helicopter.

The camp wraps up Friday.
