Holiday return season starting

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Just as the Christmas shopping season ends, the returns begin.

Shoppers in Columbus made their way to stores Thursday morning.

Returns, exchanges and even after Christmas sales were all drawing people in.

Experts said you should keep your ID handy, keep the receipts, and keep the items in the original box.

Some retailers said they expect more or just as many returns Saturday because Christmas falls so close to the weekend.
