Video: HealthWorks! Hosts Christmas Party

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – For the first time ever, Tupelo-based HealthWorks! hosted a Christmas party.

FMC Technologies asked the high tech playground for children if it would allow employees to use the facility.

They knew Santa would be there to meet all the children.

Normally HealthWorks! has been used for birthdays and other private events, but worker Alex Bristow says a private company like FMC thought it would be a good place for the kids.

“Most companies have parents who have kids,” Bristow said. “And you always want your children to be involved in the things that you do in your every day life. And this is just something that we have that’s available to children and it teaches them and they just have great time here.”

Bristow believes many more private companies will be holding similar events.
