Local Car Show Helps Bring Charity
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — The 25th Annual Cruisin The River car show took place Saturday at the Columbus Lock and Dam.
Over one hundred cars participated in the show and trophies were given from first to third
place in each class. Organizer David Honnoll says all the donations will go to charity.
“We do it all for charity and donate to Camp Rising Sun every year and we also give to Golden Triangle Outdoors every year and we do it just to have fun. It’s good for the kids. It’s good for the families. It’s good for the churches. Anybody can come out here and have a great time,” said Organizer David Honnoll.
David Honnoll also says that the club donates to two nursing homes each year as well.
