Guntown Man Arrested on Drug Charges

GUNTOWN, Miss. (WCBI) — Guntown officers arrested a Guntown man on drug charges during a traffic stop Wednesday.

Police say Christopher Bryan Parker, 37, was initially stopped on Main Street for a traffic violation.

An investigation determined Parker was in possession of methamphetamine.

Parker was booked in Lee County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and for other traffic violations.

Guntown Police Chief Michael Hall says his bond was set at $5,000 by Guntown Municipal Court Judge David Daniels.
