Video: Gunmen Storm Home, Assault and Force Residents To Strip

Columbus, Miss. (WCBI) – Armed men rushed inside a north Columbus home, forced the people inside to strip down, and then hit a woman in the head.

It happened in the 1,600 block of 3rd Avenue North about 9:30 Thursday night.

Columbus Police Chief Selvain McQueen says the two men came inside the house demanding money.

Several people inside the house were forced to take off their clothes. When a woman refused she was hit with a stick or gun, according to McQueen.

Investigators have not released a description of the gunmen.
