Glass Recycling Egg Bowl: Mississippi State vs Ole Miss

MISSISSIPPI STATE, Miss. (WCBI) – Mississippi State and Ole Miss will compete for two Egg Bowl trophies this year.

The goal is for each university to collect and recycle as much glass as possible for the Glass Recycling Egg Bowl.

MSU’s Office of Sustainability is leading the charge in Starkville.

Donations were accepted at Chadwick Lake’s board ramp at the Sanderson Center.

Clear, green, brown, and yellow glass will be collected.

It must be lid-free and clean.

Stemware, ceramics, and broken glass will not be accepted.

The university that collects the most glass will be awarded a glass Egg Bowl trophy.
