Funeral services announced for Columbus city councilman Gene Taylor

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Final arrangements have been finalized for Columbus City councilman Gene Taylor.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Zion Gate M.B. Church. The family will greet guest beginning at 5 p.m.

The funeral service will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Trotter Convention Center.

Taylor passed away Monday.

He leaves behind a wife, three daughters, and a granddaughter.
