Fulton man arrested for drug and firearm possession

TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- Cody Patrick Gray was arrested on February 1 at a safety checkpoint in Tishomingo County near the Natchez Trace.

Tishomingo County deputies said they could see rifles and several rounds of ammunition in the vehicle.

Deputies also learned that Gray was on probation with Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Once Gray was arrested and brought to the Tishomingo County jail where deputies found methamphetamine on his person.

Gray was charged with three counts of Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Felony Possession of Controlled Substance, and Introduction of Narcotics into a Correctional Facility.

His bond is set at $25,000.
