Friday Forecast: Sunny, Damp Weekend
Friday: Bright sunshine is in order for the first half of the day but high clouds will drift in from the west as the afternoon unfolds. Southerly winds between 5 and 15 mph should allow temperatures to rebound back into the low 70s. Overnight lows will be in the low 50s.
Saturday: There will be more clouds in the region and a few showers are possible. Don’t cancel your outdoor plans because the chance of rain remains at 20%. Afternoon highs will range from the upper 60s to low 70s and overnight lows in the mid to upper 40s.
Sunday: We’ll have a 60% chance of rain but I think the best chance of moisture will be during the morning hours. Temperatures will be only in the 50s to around 60 as a northerly breeze develops. Overnight temps will fall into the upper 30s.
Monday: Plan on more clouds than sun. Afternoon highs will be in the low 60s and falling into the mid 30s overnight.
Tuesday: A mix of sun and clouds expected with highs in the low 60s. Overnight we could see a light freeze as temps will be flirting with freezing. This cold snap will be short lived.
