Former Substitute Changes Plea

LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Former Lee County substitute teacher will enter a guilty plea on September 5.

Matthew Blake Whitt, 25, has been accused of two counts of illegal actions with a minor female.

He orginially entered a plea of not guilty, but will change his plea before his trial date on September 9.

The details of his plea deal with the Attorney General’s office are unknown.
