Video: Former SPD Officer Not Indicted

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – An Oktibbeha County grand jury did not indict a former Starkville officer whose patrol car hit a pedestrian.

The incident happened near this area on Henderson and Hillard Streets back in March.

Starkville Aldermen asked the District Attorney’s office to investigate the case.

No other information about the incident has ever been released.
