Food Stamp Fraud Arrest in Prentiss County

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Booneville man is charged with food stamp fraud.

Prentiss County Deputies arrested 34 year old Jason Lee Smith after a month long investigation into the illegal selling of EBT cards.

His bond is set at $5,000.

Smith’s case will be presented to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury.
