Fletcher Cox Signs Record-Breaking Deal With Eagles

PHILADELPHIA (WCBI Sports) – It’s a serious pay day for former Mississippi State football player Fletcher Cox.

The Yazoo City native finished a deal Monday with the Eagles worth $103 million with $63 million in guaranteed money, according to multiple reports. It’s the highest amount guaranteed for a non-QB in NFL history.

The Pro Bowl defensive tackle signed a six-year extension through 2022. Cox is in his fifth season in the NFL.
