Fatal accident under investigation in Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- Tupelo police are investigating a fatal afternoon car crash.

It happened around noon Thursday at the corner of Kincannon and Lumpkin Avenue.

Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says one person was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Right now the victim’s name isn’t being released.
