Eskridge Bound Over To Action Of The Winona Grand Jury

WINONA, Miss. (WCBI)-He was charged with Aggravated Assault and is now bound over to action of the Winona Grand Jury.

James Eskridge of Winona appeared in court yesterday.

He is charged in connection with last months shooting on North Union Street.

Antonio James of Vaiden says he was shot in the leg after he and another man were told to get out of their vehicle by a few men that approached them on the street.

Eskridge was bound over on both charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.

His bond remains at $50,000.
