Enticement Of A Child Arrest

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Columbus man is arrested in Starkville for enticing a child.

Earlier today, January 3, police arrested 37-year-old Lacey McBeath.

Felony warrants were issued for Enticement of a Child to Meet for Sexual Purposes and Enticement of a Child to Produce Visual Depiction of Sexual Conduct.

McBeath is scheduled to appear in court February 12, and has posted his 50 thousand dollar bond.

He’s a former coach for the Starkville High School football team.
