Video: Down in Flames on the Way to Aberdeen

Miss. (WCBI) – A Mississippi State student was headed to Aberdeen to salvage his car, but it caught fire on his way there.

Ryan Hutto’s Chevrolet Trail Blazer started smoking as he drove down Highway 45 North between Monroe and Lowndes County.

He was near the county line when he noticed smoke coming from under his hood; he pulled over, got out, and watched his vehicle go up in flames.

Hamilton firefighters responded to the call. They were able to get the fire out, but the car was a loss.
