Don’t Set Up a Drug Deal Over the Phone
MONROE COUNTY, Miss. – Be careful what you say over the phone.
You never know who could be on other end.
Monroe County Deputies teamed up with North Mississippi Narcotics agents to nab a pair of drug suspects.
Investigators say they heard a phone call from Roy Hammon stating that he had Lortabs for sale.
He also said where he would be, with the pills.
When Hammon showed up, agents were waiting.
They arrested Hammon and Cassandra Orr.
Both are charged with conspiracy to sell a controlled substance.
Bonds for both are set at $25,000.
