Details slim as deputies search for Pontotoc County shooting suspect

PONTOTOC COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The search is on for a shooting suspect in Pontotoc County.

Sheriff Leo Mask said the shooting happened around noon, Wednesday, at a residence on Moormon road.

A victim was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Sheriff Mask says he is not yet sure what sparked the shooting.
