Dead Body Found

LAFAYETTE, COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department has recovered the body of a black male. The Sheriff’s Department believes the body found is a missing man that was reported missing from the West Spring area Sunday. Police expect foul play. Murder warrants have been issued for Anthony Darrel Smith of Abbeville and Raynetta Alexander of Champaign, IL. The recovered body is being sent to Jackson for autopsy.
